i know i’m going to sound SO stupid, but my store is making me close by myself tonight (the other guy called in last minute) and i’ve never done it before so i don’t know how to REFILL THE MOCHA AND THE CHAI GAHHH it’s so simple but they never TAUGHT me. any help would be awesome because i don’t want to let them down...

Grab a bag of mocha, grab a pitcher, follow the bag and make a batch of Mocha. Split it between hot and cold bar. Big container got hot small for cold. And chai just cut off the flap and pour. YOUVE GOT THIS!

Little tip for mocha that someone taught me: mocha calls for one liter of hot water to start and one liter stirred in. Measure out and pour one liter of hot water into the mocha container so you can have exactly one liter pre-measured to stir in!
