More important question is, are you an employee of Starbucks or being paid by the casino? As a Starbucks employee, you get all the benefits. But if it’s a franchise, you’re subject to whatever their rules and regs are.

Been here almost two months— just remember that it’s just coffee. People will be awful to you, it’s just part of the job. Usually not actually personal, folks just like to bully when they don’t get their way. Try to memorize the number of shots in drinks and pumps, have your trainer quiz you because mine did, and it helped a lot.
