We really adore our Curtis too. I had to fight to keep when when the new guy, Nitro came along......but Curtis has seen us through some rough times.

We had a Curtis but our old manager threw him away one day, without warning, because he reduced our ability to make customer connections I guess? I miss him every day. RIP to a good one.

Might sound dumb but what is an iced coffee exactly. In the UK Starbucks we just have iced latte or americano etc. Not just iced coffee. It honestly could be a super obvious answer but I’m really unsure 😂.

Coffee that we brew and chill to them serve with ice, this container is what we pull the iced coffee from, he gets used a ton and is a thankless hero

It’s pre ground and portioned , we brew a half and add 4 venti ice scoops makes us about 4 liters of iced coffee

The spouts on these are always filled with nasty bacteria. Regardless, congratulations to Curt on POQ. May you spend that 50$ or so on a new tattoo or something

We hit the spout with i wire brush every 48 hours:) but yes I’ve seen other stores that aren’t so kind, thanks for your well wishes
