Hey there! Don’t worry, bar is definitely overwhelming. I made a cheat sheet a while back, which I’ll link below. Overall, the best way to learn is practice. If you’re put onto reg or dt a lot, I found it super helpful to click through different drinks and look at the right tab where the basic recipe is shown (how many shots, syrup pumps, whip, etc.), so when you are put on bar you have some idea of what goes in each drink. Also, don’t be afraid to ask! It’s better to take twice as long to make a latte and get it right the first time rather than quickly guess and have to make it twice. Good luck, and I promise it will get better with time!

Look up 'starbucks drinks' on quizlet ($1 here's one) and you can find flashcard sets! If you haven't used quizlet, you can star the hard ones to focus on them. I quizlet in school to study but it worked well to get me thru barista training as well :)

i'm not exactly sure how to find it (i never looked for it myself!) but all the beverage cards are on partner hub. that way you can look up specifc/most common drinks and kinda help memorize those recipes! and everything lonelybarista said is great as well!!
