That’s when I just pretend like I agree with them and tell them to call corporate. I don’t get paid enough to defend this company’s decisions.

Yeah I had some lady yell at us last year for this and she was like you SHOULD know exactly when, what and how much things increase by. I was like yeah I agree, go tell corporate that. Bye girl. 😂

the very first day we stopped taking personal cups i told a guy that i couldn't take his cup but would still give him the discount and he spent so long harassing me about it and i'm just there like "dude... it's not that deep please chill."
