NOPE. Another massive failure by our company.

same thing happened at my store yesterday with chai. you can take it out of the store system but mobiles :')

one of our regulars mobiles in a bunch of drinks (at least 30/40 dollars worth of iced tea iced coffee chais etc all with no ice) when she knows we wont be as busy on Sundays so she has her drinks set for work and other activities during the week, and this time she had 4 chais. I gave her a refund and told her that our shipment would be in Monday or Tuesday, gave her our store number and told her to call and check in before she mobile orders them this week so that she doesn't have to go through the process again and she seemed sad. I felt really bad

the company should allow us to take syrups/drinks off the mobile order menu. We were ffeing a brewed chai with milk which is obviously similar but def not the same. Not one person other than ut regular who always gets a brewed chai got it :/

Unfortunately no. I wish we had that power to mark out every syrup in case we need to but we cannot.

The thing that gets me about this is THEY KNEW we were going to run out of white mocha - it was in the weekly update a month or so ago. They knew we would run out and did not provide us with the tools to prevent customers from placing mobile orders we can't fill.

I just give out SRCs like candy when this happens. It’s not fair that the customer commits to paying for something when they don’t know they aren’t getting it and that pisses me off.

I’m pretty sure they added white mocha to item availability a while back during the national shortage. I think it under LTO or syrups or something. I don’t know for sure though.

It sucks because then we have to wait until they get to decide if they want something different or don't want anything else at all
