We had a mango dragonfruit refresher sent back three times because it "didn't look dark enough." My shift finally had enough and dumped the entire inclusions tray into the shaker. Ten minute car.

i once had someone request "medium light" ice, and then had me remake it bc i put in the normal amount of ice. like... what????

I seriously can't tell if people who order like this (and the other comment examples) are 1. f-ing psychotic 2. just looking to exert control over min wage workers to fill some void of helplessness in their soul or both.

I love the ones who want the color but none of the inclusions. So I shake, hold back the ice and inclusions as I pour, then have to add a scoop of ice from the bin to the cup before I serve. The customer always ends up being rude or short with us, but still keeps coming back and tips us so it’s hard to stay mad, but still be irked by them 🙄

we have a partner at my store who will delicious compliance every single person who orders like this. She has been known to grab a pair of tongs and a napkin to count and lay out ice cubes; or rifle through the inclusions looking for just the right pieces if the customer is testy enough...I love having her on my shifts

and they're literally just doing it to be annoying! there is no other plausible reason for this!

I’m not sure if anyone will know what I’m talking about, but the title reminded me of the episode from The Office where they had that guy they thought was part of the mafia and when they met at a restaurant he ordered pasta and said he will send it back if it’s made wrong

I comped an old lady's drink because she said the last time she came it was wrong whatever idgaf about corporate's profits, but then she complains that it had too much ice in it because she can feel when it's light ice and it wasn't light ice....
