Hi, so I had a starbucks interview over zoom a few days ago, and I can't tell if it went well. The interview started by asking me about what I am currently doing? And I told her about how I had just graduated high school and I worked as a nanny to pay for my car and how I have aspirations to go to university after my year off. She then asked me to explain a bit more about my nanny experience. I told her about how it was a daily job and she seemed impressed and told me that is a hard job to do. She asked about my volunteer work and I explained she asked for more details and she asked about my hobbies or if I was on a team and I said I like to read, cook and bake? Then she asked me why I wanted to work for starbucks and I told her about why I love what the company stands for and all the organizations they support. And how the company's values align with my own. She talked about how she feels the same way. Then she asked me a time where I had conflict with someone. I panicked and stumbled over my words and talked about how there have been times at school where someone might not be pulling their weight for a project or assignment and how I usually try to have respect and understand where the person is coming from, then to make adjustments to make them feel comfortable. She said something about how some trait that I talked about was important to them. She asked for my availability and I told her I was completely available. She then asked if I was comfortable with making connections with strangers and I told her I was very comfortable with that. She then told me she would let me know by Wednesday and that I live in a town 10mins away from the small town it's in and that I could be working for the one in my town as they are hiring as well if I get the job. She then asked me if I had any questions, and I asked about what the job entails and how they are handling covid. She explained asked twice if I had anymore and I panicked and said no. The interview was about 12 minutes long and I feel it was super short and I sounded nervous but I am not sure???? Any opinions? Was it being 12 minutes normal? Good? Bad? Should she have asked more questions? Was my scenario question not good and so she cut the interview short?? Was it not bad? She also mentioned that the other location has a lot of interviews and that she has a few more and that worries me
