Today we ran out of hot venti/grande lids so we had to split drinks into tall cups. Many people walked away with only half their order and came back to complain that i only handed them half their drink when it was just sitting there? I cant print two stickers love and use common sense pls. Also it was busy and not v fun

we ran out of trenta cups and had the same problem... we'd give people ventis and put the rest in a small and they'd be so mad about it, and like... i don't have the cups what do you want me to tell you??? or they'd be like "oh i don't need all that!!" when being handed the tall and uh... well you ordered all of this so.

And when they were paying the person taking their order would make sure it’s ok and they agree to it but when they get the split cups they act all surprised?? Like hello why dont you listen

most of ours were mobile but like...god literally they just don't listen. it's so freakin annoying.
