Why do customers tend to eat / drink in the store when it's pick & go? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I was at register today and ranged-up two females. In the midst of the transaction, the older women decided to just take a choc madeline, lowers her mask, proceeds to eat it in front of me while talking to her friend and keep reminding me to make her drink warm. I admit I was out of it to SNAP AT HER (Lack of sleep to comply and we were close to closing) but gurl, why!?
Another one, Older customer orders a pike with cream. He wanted me to pour it cause he don't like how he has to get / how much he gets in a small cup. K. I serve, he walks towards the minor edge of the bar section, lower his masks, drinks it and thus asks for sugar. I give it and he there by the side just drinking time by time.
You would think with no seats available, customers would pick up and go but NOPE, they just try to find a way to stay in......bruh
