Hey if the environment doesn’t work out but you can’t leave, separate yourself from the emotions of it all. You’re there to work and not make friends if people don’t want to be friends with you. Make your money and let people talk. You’re better than their bitchiness

I'm just afraid of the same thing happening at the next store as I had issues at my last store with the store manager. I like this store manager for the most part but some days I just feel like no matter what I do, it's not good enough. I know several store managers nearby are similar or worse.

For this past year 2020 alone I transfered 3 times to help other stores and honestly just be open with the store manager.

There's also the possibility though that the store manager can deny the request to be transferred and I know of my store manager doing that to multiple people.

Asktell the current or new store manager you are not feeling welcome I'm sure they will do something about it
