Yeah I was thinking the same! Its really rude to just blast loud sound through a speaker at a drive thru! But...It’s just a drink, it’s not the end of your waking life. Instead, blame your management who doesn’t equip the store with enough partners. Don’t degrade people and call them “fat and disgusting” for making you do a couple extra steps to make their drink... if you aren’t mentally stable enough to get through your shift maybe sbux just ain’t it 😳

Okay that part was a bit insensitive and I do apologize for that, it was just a recurring theme i noticed with these people and its not helping their health and body at all. I guess you could say its none of my business what they do to themselves but it becomes it when im the one whipping it up for them.

Fatphobic would imply that I am scared of fat people and get nervous when they are around which is simply not the case. I will say that what I said was insensitive to those with weight problems and I do apologize for that.
