I am 99% sure it doesn’t have gelatin. Gelatin has to be listed on the ingredients label. The only way I can think of it not being vegan is if it’s made with sugar processed with bone char (basically animal bone powder to make it white). A lot of sugar is made with bone char btw!! I’ve searched and searched for this info and I can’t find it. It’s basically impossible to figure out if you’re drinking murdered animal bones or not.

That being said, most people agree that Starbucks probably sources more natural ingredients due to backlash a while ago about artificial flavors and colors.

Tldr no one really knows and there’s no easy way to tell, but I’m a hardcore vegan and still drink it and most vegans agree it’s ok.

Regular mocha sauce is vegan.

White mocha, pumpkin spice, caramel drizzle, dark caramel sauce, Java chips and any of the other holiday drinks, are ALL NON-vegan. They all have dairy in them!

Cloud powder has egg in it.

I inform every customer when they’re asking for a nondairy base because I personally have bad allergies and know a lot of people are severely lactose intolerant or vegan. So I let everyone know that it has dairy in it every single time.

Don't all of our sauces have dairy though?
