so i’m a two month green bean, and recently i’ve been being put on bar a lot more often, which yay bar time more practice!!

my SM has been on the floor with me for my past 2-3 shifts, and each time she’s complimented me on my performance that shift. last week she told me i did amazing on bar and that i handled afternoon peak really well, two days ago she told me i was extremely reliable and fast on my feet for CS, and today she said i was killing it on bar with my fellow green bean!!! i was so happy, i wasn’t used to being complimented while on bar, and i was so :’) when she said those things to me.

my SSV today also called me a keeper because i always helped out fellow baristas as fast as i could. it’s just been such a good few past shifts and i wanted to share it with everyone here because it really made me so happy :D
