Are managers allowed to not enter in the sick time you've written in the punch log? This is twice now that I've written in my sick time and my manager has submitted some other, lesser amount without talking to me about it. (And, yes, I am using it correctly and know I have enough available to use.)
Mostly I guess I know probably nothing can be done, but I am pretty annoyed and wondering if this has happened to anyone else? :\[

Call partner contact and talk to them seems fishy to me she can't do that

The only reason I can think of is that maybe the sick time you have written down will put you over 40 hours for the week

With the sick time I added, I'm still under 30.

How much did you write down? It’s my understanding that that max you can use is 8 hours a day.
If you didn’t write more than 8 hours, then I can’t think of any policy related reason why your SM would input less.

6 one day and 3 the other. I think my manager just does not like me or other people since she's rude to almost everyone. My past managers would always just enter in whatever was written in the punch log and this one just does her own thing. Pretty bizarre woman.
