Me when someone pulls up to the speaker hacking like an old man / won’t stop coughing

I had a customer try to argue with me when I repeated this drink but in the correct name. I said I don't (and most co-workers don't) call it a medicine ball cause it doesn't prevent or treat colds etc.
Sorry ma'am I'm not gonna play along. Why don't you stay home, drink fluids, rest and stop coughing all over my lobby.

When they think that a cup full of sugar actually gonna do something abt their sickness.

Had someone order it as a “cold ball” one time, we laughed, told her what it’s actually called, then continued calling it a cold ball for the rest of her order cause it was funny. (Customer thought it was funny too and 100% knew cold ball wasn’t right when it was coming out of their mouth the first time). 10/10 the only good experience I’ve had with this swamp drink (:
