So, this is the point where documentation happens. Supervisors should not shrug shit off like that, this accounts for a documented coaching alongside a manager, and if it continues, a disciplinary action such as a write up. This is bs, not food safe, stealing, and 110% not what we, as baristas, are supposed to do.
I’m all about “fuck this company,” but i’m also about not being a dick to fellow partners and customers. So whoever the hell she is, she needs her attitude evaluated.

oh god i would be so fucking annoyed if she was at my store lmao. i know for a fact my partners would not put up with that we would speak up so fast

I dont work at a DT but we have someone like that. Shes always wanting to get the last word and hates being told what to do. Plus she can't use her indoor voice. It's like we're in a concert and you have to yell at everything. Its like 2 drills in your ears😔😔. Luckily they haven't been working for the fast few months but we just got work that they're coming back. Oh well🤷♂️ im transferring in May/June.
