If you're fully trained I really recommend trying to get a job at a Starbucks kiosk in another store. They tend to be a lot less busy than stand-alone stores. My 8 hr shifts are draining but manageable due to pauses and such when there's no customers.

Things may be a bit different I.e. less corporate oversight, pay may differ, my locations makes a couple drinks slightly different.. but I think it's worth it.
