Right?! I was appalled people wanted this and also on top of it argued with our partner on reg when she pointed out that this was extremely unhealthy for the human body to consume an extra hot dairy drink with cold dairy added to the same cup 😑🤦🏼♀️

I’ve been wondering the same thing ngl we did explain to a few guests that that’s gonna severely affect their drink quality and after they were totes cool about it being steamed but... why. Nasty.

Sadly there were THREE customers that ordered their drinks like this over a period of 2 hours...we explained to each of them how this not only compromised the drink, but it can cause some health issues. Got the good ‘ol “but I order my drink like this ALL the time, it’s never been an issue before” 😑😬....ooook
