when my supervisor gets orders like that she puts effort into actually making the frap- just without ice, then hands it out to the person so she can tell them how to order it next time and explains how fraps work. it's always really funny how salty she makes the drink

I love this. Idk why, but I get some sort of weird pleasure when someone orders a drink wrong and I put it in exactly as they asked. Then they complain about how this isn't what they ordered and I tell them they ordered it wrong and I just made what they asked for. I know I'll have to remake it, but I get some weird satisfaction from that.

These stickers print longer when there's a lot of modifications. They don't print double anymore, those were the old stickers that was phased out like a year ago in a lot of districts

My store doesn’t even have vanilla or chocolate powder anymore so I’m glad that’s one less modification they can add (they just was diabetes in a cup these days)

I had a customer this morning who ordered a tall PCCFCB with extra whip in a grande cup. She gets to the store, waves me down from outside the bar area (and completely ignoring the partner on bar), and gets mad at me because we don’t have a button on mobile for extra PCCF so she added add extra whip saying that we should have known that she didn’t actually want extra whip on her CB but the foam instead.
Yes, lady, because I can just read your mind as soon as the order is sent through. I told her that I’d remake the drink but if she orders it with extra whip then we will always make it with extra whip as we make drinks to the specified order. She can call corporate if she wants an extra PCCF button. It’s so frustrating and dumb to get this upset at something she ordered but didn’t actually want. Ughhh.

Was talking to a coworker about how looking at mobile order stickers is like reading a book. Customers must enjoy pressing all those buttons just because they're there. It really slows down the whole flow.
