we have one that we have to like...argue with every time she comes in bc no matter how many times we tell her how to order it, she will order it the same wrong way the next time. customers really have no idea what they're ordering.

i had a customer like that, we had a crib sheet in the back for her. We had tried giving her a new cup she could bring in with her, but she kept forgetting/losing it (of course).
this was just as phones were getting cameras.
i had another customer hand us a business card with their order, it was complicated enough to merit this.

we have a regular who comes in the drive thru, everyday, and claims she has money on her starbucks card when it shows the balance is at $0 and makes a huge scene every time
