oh boy. i have quite a few customer complaints over the past couple of days and nobody seems to understand my struggle except for everyone on this sub </3

ANYWAYS so i was on bar a couple nights ago and a man orders a caramel macchiato at 190 degrees. he demanded that i remade it 4 times because it was “cold” and needed to be hotter. he did not like when i told him 190 was the highest we could go. (not to mention at some point i had burned myself and he saw it happen and just rolled his eyes.

two: not much of a story here but someone ordered a star fruit drink and added matcha and pineapple ginger syrup AND guava. it looked like a cat threw up into the cup. nasty.

today a man comes through around 730am and orders a dark roast, and it was literally finishing brewing as i filled the cup. no cream was added, so it didn’t affect the temp. he was the only car in the drive thru and he claimed it was “ice cold” and made us remake it.

i just...don’t understand.
