Has anybody else’s store begun to remove the barriers at the hand off to help “improve customer connection”? Our DM told us too today and I think it’s complete bullshit and I’m ready to find a new job.

Take pictures. Document it.
Search your DM's name on the Hub. It will come.up with his profile and who his supervisor is. Continue doing that until you choose how high up you wanna file a complaint. All the way to CEO.
Email it to them, and CC them ALL.
