my new favs are customers asking for cold foam on top of hot beverages. especially with pumpkin foam haha >_<

I had a super nice customer do this once! she actually got fraps in the paper explained that she was trying to reduce plastic, I found it pretty neat

Honestly though. I had a customer pick up her newly made hot drink, remove and throw the cardboard sleeve on the counter, and walk away. Like really woman? The trash can is beside the counter. What am I going to do that that?

Maybe she assumed you could reuse the sleeve? It’s silly, especially during a pandemic, but I’ve known well-meaning customers to think this.
The people who leave straw wrappers though... special place in hell for them.
