Might be getting fired for some stuff I never said. Few baristas who were bullying a partner got together and made a huge list of things I never said and things that were said as jokes (jokes they were making as well). Been on leave for over a month bc of this. Got a call today from Ethics and Compliance... will they be the ones to seperate me?

Just never admit anything. Deny everything. If they had evidence that you did do something, they would just fire you instead of questioning you.
