Why is an SM scheduled off on a Saturday morning is my question. That's like an SM being off the floor for peak. Shouldn't happen.

I’ve worked at my current store for three months now and have never seen my SM work a Saturday the entire time. Coming from a store who’s SM worked every Saturday, it was an adjustment to say the least.

My SM had never been on the floor during peak for now than ten minutes. Additionally, he's never worked Happy Hour. But he's being promoted to DM, so that's not my problem anymore.

We were the only Starbucks open in the city. Had to close for a while to restock because everyone was making drink after drink. Ran out of sweet cream, whipped cream, AND lemonade. Espresso was empty, dishes were a mile high, so bad
