when i went to my old store after leaving it was very awkward despite still being on good terms with everyone. i never knew if i should stay and talk or if i should just come in and out. the small talk always felt a little forced, these days most of my old coworkers left so anyone i know that still works there usually doesn’t come onto the floor when i come inside. it’s weird but whatever lol
