Cap pay and the new raise. (self.starbucksbaristas)

I am at the maximum pay rate for my position in my area. Does anyone know how my raise will work? Normally I get a lump sum paycheck in January that makes up for raises I can’t get so I’m wondering if anyone knows.

I really hope they raise the cap. After taxes, I figured the lump sum comes at to 11 cents an hour versus an extra 1.60 I would have gotten if I would get raises. I haven't gotten a raise since 2013
