Hey I’m a new green bean and I was wondering if there are any opportunities for raises? I was going to ask my manager about it but they work in the morning and I work in the afternoon so I haven’t had the chance to talk to them.

raises at starbucks really only come with promotions. It’s rumored that we are getting one on monday but I haven’t heard anything about it at my store personally.

Depends where you are. In BC Canada raises are automatic every 6 months - even without the current min wage rise stuff

We get raises once a year in the US.
