Back to where I started :) (self.starbucksbaristas)

I mean in the grand scheme of life this is so minuscule, but after training I was the only new person in store full of baristas that have been there since forever lol so of course I was thrown on pos and warming and told to keep track of coffee... and wipe down high touch areas, restock for everyone :))))

Then at first things seemed good when I was put on bar or bar support and sure I wasn’t the fastest and some drinks kept coming back because I misread the ticket or the foam needs to be scraped off, but I felt kinda proud lol

But now the new green beans are our priority as far as bar so I’m being put back on pos/warming/cs (at the same time) and I am totally grateful they have the opportunity and the advocacy that I didn’t get, however I’m in the middle when it comes to experience level at my store so ... ? Oh well :)

And I understand the responsibility of all of the other roles of the store, I would just appreciate it if I didn’t personally feel like everything rests on my shoulder. Like the coffee timer keeps going off and we’re out of pike, but I can’t get it cause I have to stick food in the oven and take someone’s order. And I have to prep a honey citrus mint and finish off a dark :) but I still make minimum wage no matter what position I am so I try not to let these things get to me
