When we get our raise, I will have been with the company for 2 years and 11 1/2 months.....so no 3 year raise for me I guess. 😒 anyways happy for more money

It’s good you are getting something at least? I started after Sep 14th. So unfortunately I won’t be getting any kind of raise, lol. Meanwhile anyone that starts after me, will be getting an increase of 5 percent. Since they are changing starting rate of pay.

I believe you will be getting the 5% increase. No one can make under the minimum rate.

That was me the last time they did the raise with a 3 year cut off. I feel your pain.

I don’t remember how long I’ve been at Starbucks. Probably 3 by now
