Hello! Okay I don’t know if this is the right place to ask but I also asked in the Target subreddit as well.

Here is some backstory: basically long story short the leaders at my store have been consistently messing up my schedule and availability despite me reaching out multiple times and speaking directly to them. It’s gotten to the point where my availability was changed to “unavailable” every day by the computer (at least I hope the computer did it and they weren’t doing it). I have called and spoken to them twice about it now, both times they said they would put me on the schedule and manually input my availability. Both times they have not.

What I want to know is, how do I find the name and email address of the HR managers boss. The person who is one step higher than them? Is that the district manager? And is there a way for me to find their contact info? Someone else I should reach out to about their inability to fix this?

Because you technically work for Target, corproate Starbucks and district managers aren’t going to be able to help you. You should have an HR department or other corporate entity you can directly contact for that information.

Yeah unfortunately :-( The HR department are the ones creating the problem. I posted here in the hope to connect w other Tarbucks employees but maybe it wasn’t the right place. Thank you for your help though!!
