I would report this person to your manager and also to partner contacts...workplace bullying is a real thing and I know starbucks corporate does not take it lightly.

This is exactly what it was like when I newly hired! I was terrified and the other baristas would treat it like the end of the world if I messed up, which only made me MORE terrified. That was 2 years ago now, and our staffing has changed a lot since then - people are a lot more forgiving now, and I’ve made of point of never getting angry at the newer baristas and just answering any questions they have. I just stuck through it.... I’m a slow learner so it took me about 4 months before I felt like I could get a hang of things. Just show them that you’re really committed to figuring it out.

So realistically, your transfer request will be denied. What you’re describing isn’t considered a valid reason to request a transfer, mostly because there’s no way to guarantee what the environment will be like at another store, and Starbucks isn’t going to bounce you from store to store until you find one you like.
You say you’re getting yelled at for just standing there while waiting for a drink, but you also get yelled at when you try to help. The reason is because in that time, you should be connecting with your customer at the window. Or you can be spending that time looking through drink builds on the register. Which will also help you learn drink builds.
But you also need to talk to your manager. Explain what’s going on and how it’s making you feel and ask for advice.

In addition to standing up for yourself, looking to transfer, continuing to work hard if that's what you'd like to do, consider using the mental health resources offered by Starbucks, including Lyra which offers fully-accredited therapists with virtual appointments. I have found the most success I ever have with my therapist through Lyra. All the best to you, here to chat should you feel you need.

They shouldn’t be mad at you at all. If you are on window, your job is not to make drinks. It’s to connect with customers, tender and set up the drinks given to you for the customers pulling up. Whether that’s adding (stoppers, sleeves) etc. If you are waiting on the drinks, you do your best to connect, just communicate with them. Window is a set position, you aren’t often suppose to move from that spot at all.
You aren’t doing anything wrong, and your partners shouldn’t be yelling at you. It’s not a way to treat someone that is new. And yelling isn’t going to make anyone feel confident in their job performance. I’m new as well, about a month in, and have had not the same experience but a lot my problem is “lack of communication” and lack of help when it’s needed. They get so busy that I often feel lost and overwhelmed, I’m scheduled for long 7-8 hour days on BUSY days.
I feel like a lot of seasoned partners/baristas forget what’s it’s like to be “new” and how hard and stressful it is... they neglect to realize they use to be new at one point in their careers too. They might be busy and stressed too, but we are just as much because we are seeing it and not able to keep up or help the way we would like, and that itself is hell. BUT Keep your head up, focus on one customer at a time - and remember you are doing the best you can. I would suggest talking to your SM? And if that doesn’t work, maybe talk with your DM? My DM at my store comes in often, and asks for feedback, especially after this “red cup day”.

I would ensure that someone of a higher position knows this. This is not the proper way of coaching someone.

They sound like jerks tbh🙁 I’m sorry you have to deal with that

No one should be yelling at you, especially if you’re new. I would say something to the manager. They can’t get mad at you fir just standing there but also trying to help, that’s doesn’t make any sense. If They’ve been here awhile then they should be able to handle bar and get the stick out of their butts.

Learn to work harder. You sound like your not trying. Talk to the customer, make it look like your working. If you can’t, you may need to find a new job.
