So imma go ahead and let you know that if you're a SSV and spending time with your SM outside of work, your SM is breaking a number of rules; huge signs of favoritism there.

If they are really being passive aggressive to you *at work* for something that happened *outside of work* (which again, shouldn't be happening) that's the pettiest thing I've ever heard of. Honestly, I believe you're over thinking things.

Perhaps some people asked for days off that week and your schedule got adjusted a bit. The schedule changes pretty regularly, there's other people at your store who have needs that fluctuate from week to week.


But seriously, spending time with your SM outside of work when you're on a different pay scale is a HUGE no-no. SSV's and baristas aren't even supposed to do that (don't @ me on this. I called PCC with this exact question and that's where I got the info from.)
