You can use any bean, it’s personal preference. Most cold brew is on the darker side.
Just mix bean to water 1:2 (ie 1 cup ground bean to 2 cup water) to your press. Steep on the counter for 12-18 hours (again, preference) and then press. This ratio gives you a cold brew concentrate, so add an equal amount of water (more or less, again, up to your preference).
