not to be bitchy but why do you care if he wants to give his shifts away? we're going through a whole pandemic you should be cutting people some slack especially if it doesn't effect your paycheck.

Let the man have his week off. What if it’s something embarrassing he needs to take care of or something deeply personal he doesn’t want to share? He could be a bad worker because of this. Don’t let a multi billion dollar corporation turn us against eachother.

I also wonder that about transfers tbh we got like three in the span of 2 weeks and they almost feel like new partners when I know they’re older than I am (275....). It’s one thing not to know where things are in a new store but not knowing how to do the actual job???? Like????

I work 3 days of the week and I hate calling out but sometimes struggle so hard to find coverage when I need to call out because I really need to focus on school 😟
