Hey guys I’m in canada and was recently promoted to shift, my store unfortunately closed down though and with the store I’m being transferred to I don’t think I’ll be a good shift there so I was wondering if anyone knows if there’s anyway I could go back to just being a barista

Here’s my thought what makes you think you won’t be a ideal Shift at the new store?

I just feel like there’s still so much that I don’t know and because the store is super understaffed I’m just getting thrown into everything which I don’t like

You can always go back to being a barista but I suggest you talk to your new manager and let them know of your consurns and that you had lack of training and maybe they will retrain you or help you out in some other way
