i have worked at my store for exactly a year today, and i just honestly get zero recognition for everything i do. i come in on my days off, i cover people’s shifts all the time, i extend my shifts and switch shifts and close ALL the time and i constantly am going above and beyond and nothing! my coworkers and I are starting to literally all hate each other, there’s only a few of us and almost all girls so our periods sync together as well... so that’s not fun. Also, a new girl switched over and i literally trained her without being a trainer! and she’s been there like a month and my manager already made HER a trainer and puts her in charge of things and she thinks she can boss us all around now, and all of us are so fed up w it. I am so sick of not even being appreciated for everything i do. everyday i go into work in a good mood and everyone is just SO NEGATIVE ALL THE TIME and complaining and rude as hell, so I get mad and am the same way back, and then my manager yells at ME for having a bad attitude and being bitchy like ????? I am so over it honestly the only thing keeping me now is the holiday pay coming up with over time.
