Anyone got a fix for the kettle tap pouring super slow? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I suggested it could be limescale and needs taking off to be cleaned, but I'm not sure. Anyone else deal with this?

Ours was some grounds stuck in there. They came to fix something else with it, and fixed that too. Worked amazing for a few days.

I dont know what a kettle tap is or limescale and I am curious as all get out
