“What keto drinks do you have?”

We aren’t trained to know that and most of us have no idea. If you’re trying to be keto Starbucks shouldn’t be your first option unless you just want a black coffee, 90% our drinks are loaded with sugar.

“Can I get [*secret menu drink*]?” Without a recipe and expecting us To know what it is.

Again, we have no idea what it is.

I don’t work there anymore but omg some things you never forgot
1.) what’s the healthy drinks ??? Is anything here Healthy??? Is coffee healthy
2.) (for refreshers) can you please brew the tea in this refresher darker?? Like sis it’s not even tea and the fruit pieces is what makes the color ugh
3.) why are you always out of stock of _____???!
4.) can u make the drink look like the picture??

“What type of bread is that?” When referring to the breakfast sandwiches.... I have no clue does it really matter??

And this is my personal opinion, but I don’t like chocolate or eggs or cheese and 9 times out of 10 I only drink refreshers so I don’t like when people ask me to describe what our lattes taste like or how do the sandwiches taste because I don’t have an answer for them except “well I don’t like them but it’s pretty popular” lol

“Why isn’t my drink ready yet”, “is this mine” (pointing to a different size and temperature drink than theirs) “why is x so expensive?”

Customers asking me to remake their free water because they are unhappy with the (standard) amount of ice. Also had one lady to tell me to wipe off the cup because it was 'too wet'. You k now, because of condensation.

"Can you surprise me with your favorite drink!" and then I do... and they hate it, get annoyed/mad at me, and want a refund... like...u asked.

asking to blend a cake pop in their frappuccino’s, “is this mine” when your name is on the cup and i just yelled your name out with the drink you ordered, “what do you recommend” with no insight on what flavors you like
