But my fabulous POQ heaven sent shift found a way to make it work! She added heavy cream to the egg nog on three, 2 times in the foam blender

That sounds like an expensive cold foam? Did you upcharge for the cold foam *and* the eggnog? or just the cold foam?

We charged for cold foam and egg nog milk sub but if someone wants it next time I’ll be sure to charge for heavy cream as well :P
I’m sure it didn’t taste all that good but again paying upwards $2 for a days worth of calories doesnt appeal to me but more money for us I suppose and I by us I mean corporate 💀

Lol, for sure. The way I look at it is, at the end of the day, cold foams are an easy upsell that pretty much sells themselves. So they make my metrics look good without even trying.

Are cold foams ways made with sweet cream? I saw someone use heavy cream today and my mind was blown...is cold foam usually vssc or heavy cream???

Nice. This was the first time anyone has ordered it and I’m sure my shift thought it wouldn’t foam right so that’s why we added a little heavy cream to it
