Unfortunately, Starbucks won’t transfer you based on the fact that you think the store is toxic. There’s no way to guarantee what the environment at the store you transfer to is or will be six months from now, and Starbucks won’t bounce you around until you find a store you like.

I would suggest you try reaching out to your DM or PRC about the struggles you’re having with them opening and closing third shift. My store is also a 24 hour store and our overnight shift got cut in May, so I’m surprised you guys have been going back and forth with keeping it open. You may have better success convincing your DM to close the DT overnight until further notice and getting yourself into a regular work pattern.
