Question about NY shutdown rules regarding starbucks? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Basically here in NY places will close by 10pm and gatherings are limited to 10 people maximum. Does that mean a starbucks store in NY cannot have more then 10 people or is that 10 person max for just social gatherings?
Im asking because the store that I work at on weekends, like many stores I imagine, definitely gets over 10 people at any given time

I got told in san diego County California nothing changes for Starbucks. We are essential.

In theory, your lobby capacity would be limited. Not sure how that translates to people being in line.

I was told by my SM she won’t be going by what the gov says. She’s waiting for word from our Dm But they haven’t said anything yet.
