Partner hElp? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Lex_Riot
So, recently I got hired at Starbucks. My first day is on the 16, from what the manager told me at our in-person interview. I have my partner numbers, and I’ve been informed how to log-in. All of that sweet paperwork too- but when I went to My Partner Hours to get my official schedule nothing was listed? I’m going to try and contact the manager who hired me Friday- but I just wanted to see if this is a normal occurrence? Thank you! :)

What day were you hired? Schedules usually go out about 2-3 weeks ahead. Your manager may just be placing you into the schedule next week and hasn’t updated My Partner Hours, so reaching out is definitely a good idea as they may have just written you down on the physical copy. :)

Oh, yes I was hired on the 2nd officially- and they had said that I should be set up on the 16. But I will check the partner hours again before contacting them- Thank you for the help!!

I am a new partner as well and i have a scheduling question! what do the orange and green blocks mean on the My Partner Hours? how do i know which ones i work?!!

I usually use this link- $1 - to check my schedule, which I think is different than My Partner Hours but I'm not 100% sure. When you sign in on this link, it says on each block/colour what it is. So dark green says "coverage" which is on the floor, light green is "non-coverage" (so a clean play, not on the floor) and orange is "training". I would assume the colours are the same across this link and My Partner Hours so your green blocks should mean you are working on the floor, and your orange blocks are dedicated to training. You would work any blocks scheduled in your My Partner Hours, the different colours just specify tasks!

That's actually the link/website I used to check if I was on there-sadly I wasn't. I didn't see anything. :/ Thank you though!

Did they say if there were going to text you? As I was given my first 3 weeks through texts as I’m new and not in the system

I was told I'd get a phone call- but I hadn't received one yet..
