I have been a partner for about 8 months now and I still can’t get my partner card to work for my Starbucks app. It is on my app but it’s never applies a discount when I use it. Has this happened to anyone else?

You also have to add your partner number to your Starbucks account, in addition to adding the card to your app.
Go onto the Starbucks website and it’s under “Personal Info” under the Account drop down menu.

Are you using it in store or while mobile ordering? In store you still have to select the partner discount option after scanning the card.

I want to use it on the mobile app. One of my coworkers showed me how his automatically applies the discount when he’s about to place the order. Mine is not doing that though?
