Literally that’s my stores main complaint on google reviews...like a comment even said we should know how to fix it. Like what the hell...being tech support is above my pay grade.

Lmao tell that to my baristas who ask me to personally fix the POS or PED machine every time it’s slow or stops working. I can call it in, but if I was knowledgeable in IT, I wouldn’t be an SSV.
