I feel like I'm in a weird position here. A few partners are going out of the country this weekend with a big group and yet they're scheduled to work immediately after they return.(self.starbucksbaristas)

I just noticed on the schedule that the group of partners that are going on vacation together to outside of the country are scheduled to work right after they return. Our state has travel restrictions and require people to quarantine for two weeks after coming to the state after outside travel.
I'm worried because they're all partners I work with regularly in the mornings and I don't want covid!
I feel like I'm put in a weird position because I really do not feel comfortable working with MULTIPLE partners at the same time immediately after they were all in a county that is currently reporting thousands of cases per day.
What do I do?! I feel weird asking the store manager about other peoples business while also prying into her authority and descions. At the same time I don't feel safe working with them. They're not following covid guidelines per the state and I don't want to have to deal with the consequence of their decisions, you know?
Please help me!
EDIT: JUST WANT TO UPDATE SOMEONE IN MY STORE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID AND THE THREE PEOPLE WHO WORKED WITH THEM LAST LEFT THE FUCKING COUNTRY TO VACATION WITH A HIGH CHANCE OF HAVING COVID. THIS IS WHY THE WORLD IS ON FIRE BECAUSE NO ONE GIVES A SHIT. I'M FED UP.

You can call PRC or Ethics and Compliance.

Should I call before speaking directly with my store manager?

They didn't help by the way. They do nothing for you other than tell you to call the DM. I reported the store to the state to hopefully make some change for the btter. But thank you for the help, I appreciate it.

People who want to travel for vacation are just selfish people and don’t deserve to even have a job. Unless you have family in critical condition then that’s the only acceptation to leave the state but you have to isolate for 14 days and get tested. Many people who are unemployed who got declined unemployment benefits want to work but are getting rejected because they seem overqualified and expensive. This is a multi company issue along across all positions from CEO to managers.

I agree! Just to make things worse someone in my store tested positive for covid and all three of the partners who went out of the country worked multiple shifts with them right before leaving the country. So they potentially just spread covid a little but more. I don't understand these people. I just felt like I needed to tell someone because I feel like the crazy one who wants to be safe and avoid spreading this.

Yea I’m grateful I am given an opportunity to work again as I know how hard it is coming in as an outsider and the fear of rejection of your new peers being new and higher. But I’m happy I have full support.
