so my store got shut down today because an employee has Covid... my store about two weeks ago broke block scheduling so everyone is pretty much given a paid self isolation except me because i didn’t work a “shift” with him. This week I saw him Monday when I came to pick up my tips for about 20 mins and than TUesday I worked with him for about 30 mins. I asked my manager about it and she said it doesn’t count and if i wanted to take a leave it would be unpaid.. so now i have to go work at other stores to pick up my hours that’s i lost cause our store closed.. i’m nervous cause i believe i was in close contact but they claim it wasn’t and i don’t get the leave... does this make sense that i don’t get it or ? Is there any starbucks rule on partner hub about how long you have to be with someone with Covid before they rule it as close contact?
