My store has 3 levels. One bathroom (unisex) is in the lobby and the lobby is where customers order and we have the bar. Downstairs we have a fireplace, seating, the office, and storage. Upstairs we have seating and a men’s and women’s restroom. We had the upstairs blocked off for employees only but our DM made us change it so now I’m having to use the same bathroom the customers use. Basically the customers can use all our restrooms, which only get super cleaned at night because we’re only open til 6. So I’m extremely uncomfortable having to use the same restrooms as them, especially because they don’t wear their masks to the bathroom.
