I’m curious if anyone here has had their plexi bar divider removed from their store and if so, how you convinced management to do it. I’m absolutely sick of it. It’s completely useless in every situation.

We don't have a lot of bar space in my store, the divider ended up bringing us closer together. We all hated it. Our manager was watching us bar during peak one morning, walked over himself and took the thing down. The DM never said a word. It's been gone for quite some time now.

We have a divider, but not a plexi for the customers above the machine... bothers me so much. Especially, after I saw my manager not care about many customers not caring about them not wearing masks (this was an experiment of mine bc I am always the one to say "put a mask on"... and I wanted to see if anyone else would). We literally just do a back bend type thing under it. It's useless for the limited amount of space we are already given... (barely any). Like, if they actually want to keep us safe.. protect us from the customers who think COVID doesn't exist. Ahhhhh

The only purpose I feel like it serves is something for me to hit my head on when I come up from the fridge.

I feel that. I feel that on the back of my head

We didn’t have it set up up until few weeks ago when we got a new DM. I hate it.

Ours didn't last more than 3 days. I'm not even sure who took it down but everyone, including my manager, still jokes about how awful and useless that thing was.
